Pat's Jam by Seven Seas

I found a copy of this 45 at the SCAD Record Fair last weekend (although I wasn't the one who made this YouTube video).

It's one of several Glades label 45s I've turned up during recent digs, and all of them have been awesome, so I started doing a little research. Found out that Henry Stone worked Glade for a while. He also worked with King to sign James Brown for "Please, Please, Please" - put Jimmy Bo Horne and Betty Wright on Alston - and later introduced KC and the Sunshine Band on TK. He distributed some of the best disco in the South during 70s. Here's an excellent bio of Stone.
